This weekend I had the pleasure of trying some chocolates
from a new UK artisan chocolatier: Chocolate by Genevie. I discovered them while doing research for the Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate I posted a couple of months back.
Chocolate by Genevie supply carefully selected continental chocolates
from various European chocolatiers to create chocolate collections that are the best of
the best. Their chocolates are typically less sweet than most and because each
box is comprised of numerous chocolatiers work the chocolates are definitely varied and

because they were disappointed with the quality of chocolates generally found
